Yaletown Square

This lovely heritage building located in Vancouver’s Yaletown has completed a full restoration of the existing building all the way from new footings, a new full height basement level and the addition of three (3) levels of office shell space on top complete with a rooftop amenity space. Priority to the owners was that the original historic feel was maintained while upgrading the building to new and safe glory. The original fir posts and beams were re-purposed. The brick from the building was re-used to repair the exterior and interior walls.

The entire building had been left as a shell for future tenant fitouts and now is fully leased.
